At Meepo Board, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance electric skateboard. If your board is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the unopened product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the board in its original shipping box, including all accessories, manuals, and the remote control to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Board
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the board and verify its unused condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
